Wing

A single wing, feathers layered from dense coverts to long flight plumes, drawn in high-detail black line work. One wing rather than a pair is a deliberate choice: it reads as memory, guardianship, or a work still in progress, and it wraps the body's curves better than symmetrical designs.

Size & Placement

The 4.3 x 7 inch format lets the wing sweep along a shoulder blade, forearm, or calf. Wrap it slightly around the arm's curve during application and the feathers follow the muscle like they grew there.
